CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS:

Once a digital proof is approved, Otto & Berk cannot be held responsible for any customer errors in content or size. Because our products and services are custom prepared and personalized, custom items can not be returned.

Please note that colors vary widely by monitor/display and printing method. Every attempt is made to make sure colors are represented accurately in your proof.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Orders are packaged with care in sturdy corrugated shipping boxes or rigid mailers. If your order should arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund. It is requested that you send a quick photo and description of the damaged items.
